Assistant Producer
Leila Steed began her career in the property sector and developed strong business and organisational skills. However, fuelled by a passion for creativity and film, she now applies that experience to filmmaking. Leila’s past experience includes media management and film production, but she also won the nationally recognised Gold Crest Award for research she undertook as part of a bursary scheme at the University of Cambridge. Currently studying at the University of London, Leila is also working on several other projects including a stage play, two short films and is also in pre-production for a drama series.
1st Assistant Director
Maxwell Smith is a truly exceptional first assistant director, with years of experience in the industry. Working for high-profile organisations such as the BBC, BSkyB, Virgin Media, Channel 4 and Sony BMG, he has amassed incredible expertise and an impressive list of credits. Among his successes are the online interactive drama Sofias Diary, Journey To The Moon produced by Dream on Films and The Legend of Dick and Dom for the BBC, as well as numerous other films, dramas and commercials.

Mary-Ann D'Cruz has had a great deal experience in the media industry. Originally from Australia, her talent has secured her positions working on music videos, TV commercials and short films. As well as a thorough grounding in budgeting, co-ordinating photo shoots, crew hire and casting, Mary-Ann’s skills also include marketing and management. Working for companies like Williams Editing, Jasmine Photographic Studios and Uzong Films, Mary-Ann’s clients include Vogue, Marie Claire, Mario Testino, Miramax Films, Saatchi, Sony and even Kate Bush.

Jack Cornelius Knott has a great deal of hands-on industry experience from working on documentaries, short films, music videos, advertising campaigns and feature films. His previous credits include Researcher, Production Co-ordinator, Production Manager, Location Manager, and in addition he also has experience in sound. Whilst working for organisations such as the Fish Films Company, Blueprint Films, Gate Lab Films and Studio Film, Jack gained the extensive knowledge and skills in film production and IT. Jack has worked on the feature documentary The End of the Line (Premiered at Sundance 2009) and the short film Indigo (Special Mention Berlinale 2010).

Beth Aynsley has worked for a variety of organisations including Virgin Radio and Molinare Post Production Company. Her experience spans work in the theatre and on feature and short films. In addition, Beth is an able production manager, has produced several projects herself and also has great experience as an assistant director and editor.

Tom Knight has established an impressive career. His work has earned him nominations and won awards from leading organisations such as the Institute of Contemporary Art, Adapter Film Festivals, Screen WM and RTS. Tom has a wealth experience; his previous projects include Stained, Spirited and Long Standing, and clients include Clusta, Aquila TV and Pulse Films.

3D Stereography Consultant
Richard Hingley is a highly innovative and world class consultant who is equally comfortable with front end stereography as well as finishing 3D projects in a high-end 3D suite. His ability to consult and advise the complete 3D workflow gives Richard a unique view on successfully completing projects to the highest standard. An expert in his field, Richard has worked on numerous 3D projects for clients such as Sky, SFR, TV France and others all over the world, and he has recently completed the award winning 3D live coverage of the FIFA World Cup. In addition, Richard advises on 3D workflow and pipeline needed to create live broadcasts for TV and cinema chains and he is actively working on numerous 3D projects as 3D consultant, stereographer and colourist/mastering.

Rod Lewis is a professional photographer with substantial experience. Shortlisted for the AA Landscape Photographer of the Year Award in 2008 and 2009, and the Digital Camera Photographer of the Year 2009, Rod has travelled extensively to capture the most stunning images. His work has been featured in many publications, most recently Sailing Today magazine for whom he is now the resident photographer. He has held several solo exhibitions in the past year at places such as KUBE and the Peacock Gallery in Poole, and Artplace88 in Switzerland, where he led a series of on-location workshops. He has also exhibited at the National Theatre in London. In addition to his photographic skills, Rod has recently completed a BA (Hons) in Film Production.

Drew Roper's career has flourished earning positions working for Razorfish / Epochrepublic, Light-House Media Centre and 20th Century Fox. Drew's talent has propelled him into the film industry at high speed and has seen him work on productions such as Little Stories About Big Ideas and the multi-million dollar Hollywood feature Fantastic Mr. Fox, starring Meryl Streep and George Clooney. Drew is currently working for LUKE a brand rated 60th in the top 100 brands for 2009 and runner up in Drapers' Best New Brand on The Denim Story.

Matthew Pollock finished education with an award for ‘Outstanding Achievement in Animation', and awards for ‘Best Stop Motion’ and 'Best Third Year Project’. Matthew’s experience includes working at the Calon Animation Studio, where he worked on the stop motion productions Hannah’s helpline and Igam Ogam. Since then Matthew has worked at Green Bay Media Ltd and at Aardman, where he collaborated on Wallace and Gromit: A Matter of Loaf and Bread.

Gillian Reid was selected to create the original character designs for Timothy. Trained in storyboarding, character/layout design, 2D animation and life drawing, Gillian is able to create interesting and distinct work in multifaceted detailed. In 2005 Gillian won the ʻMost Promising Animatorʼ Award at the Cinemagic Film Festival and her talent has taken her to France, USA and China, where she was responsible for creating a large number of character designs for the animated feature film Back to the Sea.

Matthew Timms has had an impressive career that has taken him far and wide. He recently returned from China where he worked as a conceptual and storyboard artist, on an up and coming film at Glory n Dream Digital Studio. A graduate of the Arts Institute at Bournemouth Matthew was also invited back as tutor; sharing his knowledge of animation and of his experiences on projects such as Like Father Like Son and Banja, with young aspiring artists. Not only is Matthew an expert animator, but his previous experience includes directing, work for Net Giant Software Co. Ltd and the feature film Back to the Sea.

Thomas Long is a freelance animator, illustrator and concept artist with a flair for the fantastical. His short film was nominated at the royal society television awards for best student film. Thomas has worked as an animator at Pew 36 Animation Studios, animating on music videos and advertisements. Also working for Southampton University, animating online e-learning resources. More recently focusing his attention on illustration and concept art. Thomas is currently working on a project with Webeo Pro as a concept artist/animator for an upcoming short film The Fairy and the Fly and about to start work on a feature film Path of needles with Highly Unlikely productions.

Erla Maria Arnadottir is an experienced multimedia illustrator and animator with experience in film, media and merchandise. Her expertise in IT is extensive and includes Photoshop, Toonz, Lotus Notes, Monkey Jam, Flash, Maya, Illustrator and After Effects, to name just a few. Working in both 2D and 3D, Erla has used her skills to work on experimental animations, games, books and various other publishing forms. She has a depth and breadth of skills, and a unique style, that has enchanted many unique individuals; including Carla Bruni-Sarkozy whose political website features specially commissioned works by Erla.

is an ambitious and skilled individual whose innovation and attention to detail
has lead to numerous positions within the film and game industries. A highly
motivated artist with enormous passion, Ling is the co-founder of the Anime,
Manga and Game Society, and has worked for various organisations including,
CoolTan Arts, Headstrong Games, MTV and Warner Bros. In addition to her work in
teaching, Ling has also won the Royal Television Student Television Award for
her animation work on Ugly Happiness
in 2010.

David Curtis-Ring has worked on projects for Vanity Fair, Adidas, The Sunday Telegraph, Vogue Russia and Maxim where he assisted on a photo shoot for James Bond: Quantum of Solace . Commissions include costumes for Lady Gaga, cabaret performer Ophelia Bitz, and costume pieces have appeared in Time Out as well as a number of festivals and venues including Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Duckie, Swing Space New York City and the Edinburgh Fringe. He has worked with Antidote productions on several music videos as both Art Director and Set designer and his unique and innovative designs have impressed many organisations, with companies such as The Arcola Theatre, Nickelodeon and CITV among his credits.

Sarah Davison and Sarah Duffield-Harding are a powerhouse of creative talent. Collaborating together they have had their productions exhibited all over Europe. Together they write, direct and animate their own productions using the most up-to-date technology to create poignant films such as The Cave and Electreecity. Experts in stop motion puppet animation, their drive and ambition has led them to work on the Hollywood feature Fantastic Mr. Fox.

A unique and experienced individual; Louise Saunders has had great experience working as a production designer, storyboard artist, illustrator and an art director on numerous and varied productions. A wide skill base and a dedication to her art means that her work is always of an outstanding quality, which both inspires and astounds those around her. From commercials and short films to privately commissioned project, Louise has works to an exacting standard and has established herself as a solid professional within the industry.

Christopher Christou is a highly talented, skilled and ambitious artist. Years of experience and training have enabled him to build up an impressive resume; which includes the Hollywood blockbuster Quantum of Solace and the iconic organisation; Madame Tussauds. Christopher’s skills include using all kinds of media to create high quality work, ranging from paintings and sculptures to props and puppets. A truly unique and established artist; Christopher has worked for film, theatre, private clients and now Timothy.

Luisa Toledo has a depth and breadth of knowledge that spans fine art practices, theatre and film. Adaptable and highly skilled, Luisa’s expertise spans a multitude of areas that range from designing to sculpting and restoration and numerous making techniques. Her creativity and talent have been recognised by those at the top of the industry and her experience includes Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride and Fantastic Mr Fox, among many others.

James Aubrey-Brittan has substantial industry experience incorporating advertising, theatre and film. His wide-ranging skills, which include not only design, special effects and sculpting but also carpentry and construction, have allowed him to work on diverse and interesting projects. James’s expertise has seen him work on projects of large and small scales, and his exceptional talent and attention to detail means his work is a quality of superiority.

Jin-Ok Lee is a talented artist who is capable of manifesting visionary ideas in a uniquely compelling way. Her training has come from impressive organisations located around the world including Korea, Australia and London. Over the years she has worked in a variety of capacities, and environments such as photography sets, artists’ studios and even a museum have added to her experience. Jin-Ok is highly skilled in modelling, sculpting, mould-making, life casting, and technical effects, which make her a splendid addition to the Timothy crew.

Amy-Jean Moore is the industry’s bright new star when it comes to costume design. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge and high skill level has resulted in her working for some of the most high-profile organisations including the Maddemarket Theatre. With vast experience in the design and realization of theatre costumes, Amy-Jean is now an established designer working for Angels costumiers on garments for upcoming blockbuster films such as Pirates of the Caribbean 4.

Sophie Shelton holds a BA (Hons) in Recording Arts from the SAE Institute in London, and since leaving she has become one of the busiest people in the industry. Working on stage plays, shorts, web series and feature films; her list of credits is immense and demonstrates her diverse talent. Previously Sophie has worked on projects for Magician Pictures, Brave Soldier Films, Rockwood Pictures, Creation Studios, Playground Pictures and Entertainment Motion Pictures. In addition to all this, Sophie also worked at Voiceover Soho with Sir Ian McKellen and Dominic Littlewood on recording sessions. She is currently employed at PD Sound Design as a Sound Editor, and is also collaborating on independent projects.

Adam Neale has established himself as a major editing talent. He has won numerous awards from organisations such as the BBC Film Festival, ITV and Kodak. Adamʼs work is exhibited all over the world and his short drama, Open Skies, was featured as part of the Skillset Trailblazers new talent showcase in 2008. Currently working on programming for E4, Channel 4 and MTV, and has also been nominated for awards from BAFTA and Channel 4.

Tracy Joss is an award-winning creative editor who holds numerous qualifications in editing and has, in a short time, established a career working with industry leaders in the field of editing. Working both online and offline, Tracy has put her skills to good use and worked on everything from short and corporate films to prime-time television and feature films. Her impressive list of credits includes The One Show, Crimewatch, This Morning and award winning SA feature film Beat The Drum. Tracy’s work for companies such as the BBC, Talkback Thames, Cactus TV, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky One has given her a wealth of experience and industry expertise.

Kristina Irlam is a bright new talent whose vision and creativity is already making a splash. Skilled in multi-media software and photography, her experience includes work on film shorts, adverts and work experience on projects at Creative Mouse. Kristina has gained publicity on television during the regional news in West Midlands where her new logo design for the council gained positive reviews. Kristina’s experience includes a variety of projects such as; magazine layouts, company branding, promotional literature and merchandising.

A highly motivated Graphic Designer, with years of training and expertise in the field and other related areas such as photography, typography and print design.
